Giving those who need it

the skills to take a

new direction

Good people, good prospects

Our training and placement programmes provide people in need with a complete journey back into meaningful work. It begins with vocational training in a wide variety of skills. At the same time, we work on personal development, to ensure our people have the confidence and resilience to get and keep a job.

And finally, we support job placement, either within our business or with our partner employment agency. Real training, followed by placement in a real job. Our leavers emerge with renewed sense of purpose, ready to make a positive impact within their communities and live fuller, happier lives.

Good opportunities are just around the corner

Here are our courses in a little more detail

Resilience into Employment

We believe that resilience is vital to successful performance in work and homelife. Therefore, it’s a key skill for employees at all levels, in all professions. This course helps trainees understand its importance and build on their own personal resilience. They’ll discover new ways to handle life’s challenges with greater strength and positivity, as well as learn and grow from them.

Step into logistics

We know a thing or two about logistics so it’s a natural next step to pass it on. Here’s how the course breaks down, finishing off with a work placement and guaranteed job interview with one of our partner firms if we can’t offer a permanent opening at the time.
