Good people, good prospects
Our training and placement programmes provide people in need with a complete journey back into meaningful work. It begins with vocational training in a wide variety of skills. At the same time, we work on personal development, to ensure our people have the confidence and resilience to get and keep a job.And finally, we support job placement, either within our business or with our employment agency. Real training, followed by placement in a real job. Our leavers emerge with renewed sense of purpose, ready to make a positive impact within their communities and live fuller, happier lives.
“Core to Goodwill Solutions social mission has been the delivery of programmes of support and training to allow those furthest from work in our local community to gain skills and employment. As a social enterprise Goodwill Solutions reinvests its profits into it’s social and community mission.
Since 2010 Goodwill has provided vocational and employability skills to hundreds of people across the county.
With backgrounds ranging from Care Leavers, Homelessness and Ex-Offenders as well as those who have been long term unemployed, our training and support has enabled hundreds of people in our local community to gain work and move to more positive futures.”

We work to relieve poverty and tackle the causes of homelessness in Northampton by giving people a hand up not a hand out.
Recognising that if you continually provide hand-outs there is no incentive to become self-sufficient, our work is focused on helping others to help themselves, providing support and services that will enable individuals to take back control of their own lives.
