When you have a good team, it’s easy to attract good clients. Like Wickes

In March 2020, in the middle of a crisis, the pandemic had hit the supply chain network hard. Suddenly Wickes had bulky goods going nowhere, and space was running low to store it. Warehouse space was needed and needed fast, and with a nationwide problem there was very limited availability. Recommended by a supplier, Wickes found Goodwill and the space they required. Finding a flexible and adaptable solution that was able to respond quickly to their needs, however, was beyond expectation.

We really appreciate their understanding of how quickly things can change within supply chain environments.  This, coupled with their can-do attitude means that out of a crisis we have formed a very good working relationship with the team at Goodwill.”

Plus, the fact that Goodwill put so much into social equality, by sharing its profit with local charities and its hand-on training scheme, is a real bonus. “It feels good that Wickes can help support those initiatives (even if one-step removed) by using Goodwill’s services.”
